This Saturday night, the world is set to see a spectacle.

Conor McGregor versus the undefeated Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas.

In the run up to this bout, the fight has received mixed opinions in regards to the winner.

As most fans want to see the Irish ‘king' defeat Mayweather, it has to be said that the professionals believe otherwise.

Tony Bellew, undisputed champion of the world in his boxing division, labels the category of this fight as a platform of ‘entertainment’.

Bellew was speaking to Sky Sports, and was asked to use just one word to describe this Saturday's fight, before eventually going on to explain why he called it 'entertainment'.

“Simply because of the two egos, that’s what makes it, watching these two superstars clash.

"I’m not excited from a sporting perspective, because I know how the fight will go, but this is a standalone event,” said Bellew on Sky Sports.

Bellew, himself, is no stranger to being the underdog, as he beat David Haye for the belt earlier this year.

The odds were heavily adjacent him, but he proved to play on an injured Haye to take the victory.

It is fair to say that McGregor should be set for an embarrassing defeat due to his unexpected arrival into the sport of boxing and lack of experience, however, it would be unfair to rule out that a storm could not be stirred.

“I would pay a lot of money to watch it, it’s unbelievable and I believe it will go down really well. Both fighters will also do brilliantly out of it and get career - high pay days,” said Bellew as anticipation rises.

Regardless of the result, both fighters are expected to have their bank accounts boosted with pay packets which stand gobsmacking.

McGregor for one, even if he is to face the defeat that many expect, will receive over $100 million in to the pocket.

The money earned is expected to break records, with Sky Sports broadcasting at nearly £20 per view.

With the fight nearing, both fighters will be making their final preparations, but who will take home the victory? Let us know in the comments beloew.
