The world of football is still reeling from the insane Neymar deal that completely altered the financial state of the game.

The Brazilian superstar made the move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain in a deal worth around £197m, a fee which more than doubled the £89m Manchester United paid for Paul Pogba.

Neymar was desperate to leave the shadow of the great Lionel Messi at the Nou Camp and so far, the 25-year-old has shown what he is truly capable of in the French capital.

In just two competitive fixtures, the Brazilian has scored on three occasions and recorded four assists, a record reminiscent of the Argentine and his bitter rival, Cristiano Ronaldo.

If Neymar continues in a similar vain, his dream of winning the Ballon d'Or could come true sooner than most thought.

After his two games against Guingamp and Toulouse, the former Santos man decided to revisit Barcelona to see his old teammates.

The Brazilian met up with his old partners in crime, Messi and Luis Suarez, while also taking some time to visit Spanish defender, Gerard Pique.

Now, many will remember the famous caption he put atop of a picture of he and Neymar before his move, simply saying 'se queda' - Spanish for 'he stays'.

Well, the PSG forward is known to be one for the odd comedic outburst and it appears he simply could not resist a snipe at Pique, posting a truly epic tweet.

He just could not resist could he. Pique has been the subject of a lot of trolling in the aftermath of world's biggest transfer.

In fact, before Barcelona's Spanish Super Cup tie with Real Madrid, Los Blancos fans shouted 'se queda' at the World Cup-winning centre-back.

In the not too distant future, the joke should die away but if Pique makes any errors in Spain this season, it will almost certainly resurface.
