Bury boss Alan Knill will again be without a number of players when his side host Barnet.

Midfielder Mike Jones is the latest player to join the casualty list with a knee injury that looks certain to rule him out.

Defender Ryan Cresswell, midfielder Damien Allen and strikers Andy Bishop, Tom Elliott and Danny Carlton all remain sidelined through injury.

The Shakers were thumped 3-0 at Morecambe in midweek as their 11-match unbeaten run in the league came to an abrupt halt.

However, Knill is convinced they will respond strongly, and said: "I am disappointed that the unbeaten run has come to an end but there is a long way to go yet. I'm sure we will bounce back."

Dean Sinclair could be set for a belated return to the Barnet side.

Sinclair - who scored more than 20 goals from midfield for the Bees before joining Charlton in 2007 - is back at Underhill on loan but missed the 1-1 draw with Bournemouth in midweek with flu symptoms.

However, manager Ian Hendon is hopeful of adding Sinclair to his squad.

Full-backs Ryan O'Neill (ankle) and Joe Devera (thigh) could be back in 10 days' time but centre-halves Gary Breen and Clovis Kamdjo (both knee) are out for the long term.

On-loan Spurs youngster Calum Butcher will continue to deputise in defence after an assured debut against the Cherries while Craig McAllister will look for his first goal alongside the in-form John O`Flynn.

O'Flynn's goal on Tuesday night made it five in his last six games.
