Former WWE Champions Kane and Brock Lesnar are two of the biggest men the WWE has ever seen.

"The Beast" has had a slew of athletic accomplishments from his days in the NCAA Division I's heavyweight class, to dominating the professional wrestling world right out the gates of his main roster debut, to making it surprisingly far in his NFL career, and making it to the top of the mixed martial arts (MMA) world when he was at one point legitimately recognized as the baddest man on the planet when he won the UFC heavyweight title. Today, Lesnar reigns as the WWE Universal Champion and is the most destructive force on the company's roster.

As for Kane, he has been competing in professional wrestling since 1992 and got his big break in WWE around 1997 when he debuted as Kane, the brother of the Undertaker. He has held each of the major World Titles in the WWE once (WWE, World Heavyweight, and ECW), has captured Tag Team gold 12 times, and is a one time Hardcore Champion. He is also one of the strongest men on the WWE's roster.

Kane (real name Glenn Jacobs) was recently a guest on WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross' podcast, The Ross Report, to talk about his upcoming run for mayor of Knox County, Tennessee. During the show, Kane was asked about the rumored story that he had an arm wrestling match with Brock Lesnar backstage.

"The Big Red Machine" shot down those rumors, however, did admit that they began to take off after his encounter with "The Beast" in the gym where they engaged in a friendly weight lifting competition (quotes via Wrestling Inc.):

"Years and years ago, Brock and I were at the gym at the same time and we were throwing around some serious weight.

"And we didn't really have a weightlifting challenge, but we were throwing around some serious weight." Kane continued, "Brock was impressed and he gets on it and we were matching each other pretty well.

"But yeah, I've heard that story and it [has] morphed into various incarnations, so yeah, no, there was never an arm wrestling match because mine is still intact, so there you go."
