Whilst Liverpool's efforts has been lauded, lots of spectators, from fans to pundits, have had plenty to say about Arsenal's incredibly lacklustre performance.

The Gunners' 4-0 humiliation was part of Sky Sports' Super Sunday, and it was during the post-match analysis of the game that we saw the return of an extremely infamous moment.

Henry and Carragher: Part Two

Most people will still be able to remember what happened back in 2015 when Sky presenter Ed Chamberlain announced that Brendan Rodgers had left Liverpool.

The current Celtic manager was sacked just one hour after a 1-1 draw with Everton, and Thierry Henry's immediate reaction towards Reds legend Jamie Carragher in the studio was absolutely priceless.

Both Henry and Carragher were part of Sky Sports' coverage of Liverpool 4-0 Arsenal, and yes, history repeated itself as we saw the pair share another intimate moment live on-air.

Henry was apologising for cutting off Carragher mid-sentence when he instinctively put his hand on the Englishman's leg yet again.

As you can see in the videos below, both pundits instantly realised what had happened, having flashbacks to a few years ago, and the pair burst into laughter.

Same old Arsenal?

On a more serious note, pretty much everyone involved for Sky Sports today issued a damning verdict about the nature of Arsenal's defeat.

Graeme Souness said that he'd officially "given up" on them after this display, while Gary Neville slammed Aaron Ramsey, Granit Xhaka, Mesut Ozil and more for their ill-discipline.

If that wasn't enough, Carragher called the performance a "disgrace" and Henry admitted there were times during the match when he simply couldn't watch.

Arsene Wenger's team will need to improve massively when they host Bournemouth and FC Koln immediately after the international break, before a trip to Chelsea on September 17.
