Le Tissier causing trouble on Twitter

Sky Sports pundit and Southampton club legend Le Tissier took to Twitter on Wednesday evening to troll Liverpool fans over their summer business.

The Reds have signed countless Saints players over the past few seasons - including Sadio Mane, Adam Lallana and Dejan Lovren - but look likely to miss out on the £70m rated Van Dijk.

Le Tissier took a little dig at Liverpool over the impending arrival of former Southampton academy player Oxlade-Chamberlain.

The wantaway Arsenal man joined the Saints academy at the age of seven and made his professional debut aged 16.

He knows exactly how to infuriate Liverpool supporters on Twitter - they were angrily tweeting him in their droves.

The Van Dijk saga is not yet over and, if this summer's transfer window is anything to go by, there could yet be a major twist in the tale.
