Rochdale boss Keith Hill could name an unchanged side when his League Two leaders host Shrewsbury.
Dale are in buoyant mood after a five-match winning streak and Hill should again hand skipper Gary Jones a place among the substitutes.
Jones is still troubled by a hamstring strain but he is edging closer to full fitness and has been on the bench in recent matches.
Forward Will Buckley remains sidelined due to a combination of thigh and ankle problems, although he should also come back into contention shortly.
Chris O`Grady and Chris Dagnall will again spearhead the attack but goalkeepers Kenny Arthur and Matty Edwards remain sidelined with back and wrist injuries respectively.
On-loan Manchester United stopper Tom Heaton will continue between the posts while midfielder Will Atkinson will play the last game of his loan spell from Hull.
Shrewsbury will welcome back Shane Cansdell-Sherriff from suspension for the trip.
The full-back is available after completing a one-match suspension for collecting five yellow cards this season.
It remains to be seen whether leading scorer Dave Hibbert (hamstring) will be available, while youngster Jake Simpson, son of manager Paul, is still struggling with growing pains in his knees.
But Nathan Elder and Jake Robinson should retain their places in the squad after recovering from knocks in time to play in the goalless draw against Grimsby last time out.
Craig Disley is pushing for a recall after recovering from knee injury problems to play in a friendly against Blackburn on Wednesday.
But Lewis Neal (calf), Chris Neal (broken finger), Mike Jackson (bone bruising) and Glyn Garner (shoulder) all remain sidelined.
