The transfer embargo placed on Plymouth has been lifted, according to the Championship club.
Unspecified unpaid debts led to the embargo which was imposed by the Football League late last year. But Argyle can now re-enter the transfer market.
An official statement released on the club's official website confirmed: "Plymouth Argyle have today (Thursday) received confirmation from the Football League that transfer embargo previously imposed on the club has been lifted."
No immediate further comment was expected from the club, who will now try and pursue loan objectives before Saturday's Championship clash at Queens Park Rangers.
