Bluebird fans bemuse Blackpool boss

Blackpool boss Ian Holloway admitted he was shocked by the negative reaction of Cardiff fans following Saturday's 1-1 draw in South Wales.

The Bluebirds went into the Coca-Cola Championship clash trying to cool worrying talk of a second winding up order by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs over an unpaid tax bill.

Holloway said: "I cannot understand the crowd jeering Cardiff off the field. Cardiff are fourth in the Championship, they have this super new stadium and there seems to be so much depression in the air. Maybe the people here should pinch themselves, see how lucky they are."

Mark Hudson's early opener was cancelled out by Charlie Adam to ensure a draw that left the hosts in fourth spot, with Blackpool three points behind them.
