Kevin Durant is ready for the new season for the Golden State Warriors, which involves a championship defense after the franchise won the NBA Finals last season against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Durant brought intensity to the Warriors during that Finals run last season that saw the Warriors crowned NBA Champions, as his performances on the court saw him average 30-plus points a game over the duration of the five games played, earning him the Finals MVP award.

The Finals MVP showed off that excitement when he shared a hilarious moment with one of his Chinese supporters, as he pretended to go at it with him, during Golden State preseason tour in China.

As you can see in the video further down, Durant and the fan can be seen exchanging yells and shoves to the chest, which caused the crowd surrounding them to smile and laugh at the moment which isn't going to be forgotten by the fan anytime soon.

The moment seemed to have worked, as the Warriors ended up defeating the Minnesota Timberwolves in their second preseason game in Chian by a scoreline of 142-110.

Steph Curry may receive most of the credit for the win after his stellar 40-point performance across three quarters, but Durant had a pretty decent game as well, scoring 22 points in total on 52.9 percent shooting from the field. He also got two rebounds, two assists, and one steal.

This is exactly the form Durant and the rest of the Warriors would have wanted entering the 2017-18 season, where they plan on defending the NBA Championship. It puts them in a good spot in what should be a very competitive Western Conference despite the fact they played fewer games due to their trip overseas.

The Warriors will have one more preseason game at the Oracle Arena against the Sacramento Kings on October 13 before they play their first regular season game against the Houston Rockets on October 17.
