Earlier this week, it was reported that Neville had walked out of Monday Night RAW after disagreements with the WWE, meaning his time with the company could well be over.

It was rumored that on Monday, Neville requested his release from the WWE after being with the company for five years. It was reported that he was booked to face and lose against Enzo Amore in the main event of the show, however, those plans were changed and Kalisto faced Enzo instead with the Cruiserweight Championship on the line, with Kalisto winning the match.

Reports later in the week revealed Neville never walked out of RAW as he was never backstage at the show at any time on Monday. They also stated the original plan of Neville vs. Enzo was changed late in the day when it became apparent that The King of the Cruiserweights wouldn't be at the show.

Neville is reportedly still under WWE contract and has not been released. Officials are not factoring the former Cruiserweight Champion into any of their plans for the time being. Enzo, however, may have confirmed the worst for WWE fans hoping he would be staying.

During a WWE live event this weekend, Enzo took the microphone before losing his match against Kalisto and said, according to Sportskeeda: "I took care of Cass, then made Neville quit. You're nothing" while also ripping on Kalisto.

This may have confirmed that Neville has indeed left the WWE, but neither the company nor the superstar in question has confirmed this. Neither party has commented on the situation either despite the fact we're approaching a week since the news broke.

There is still a chance that the two sides can come to terms and The King of the Cruiserweights returns to action soon, which is what many WWE fans will be hoping for. We'll just have to wait until we receive official word from the man himself or the WWE to confirm this.

As of right now though, it looks like Neville could soon be hitting the indies, where he should make a lot of money as he is a very talented performer in the ring.
