WWE fans are used to New Day member Kofi Kingston's wild hairstyle, featuring long dreads and the occasional outrageous hairdo, but he may have just ended that for the time being.

Kingston has been in the professional wrestling business since 2006 when he as signed to a developmental deal by WWE. He worked for various WWE developmental promotions such as Deep South Wrestling (DSW), Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), and Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW). In 2007 he made his main roster debut as a member of the ECW brand.

In his singles career, Kingston has been fairly successful after winning four Intercontinental Titles, three United States Titles, and is one of the highlight attractions at the Royal Rumble due to his unique ability to avoid elimination with his amazing athletic ability.

In the tag team circuit (before joining The New Day) Kingston teamed up with the likes of Evan Bourne, R-Truth, and CM Punk to win tag team gold. Back in 2014 Kingston aligned himself with former NXT Champion Big E and Xavier Woods to form The New Day.

The New Day features some great comedy routines, extravagant costumes on pay-per-view (PPV) events, and some of the most entertaining tag team matches WWE will ever see. They are slowly but surely building up their resumes and solidifying themselves as one of the greatest tag teams of all time.

With feuds against teams such as The Usos and The Wyatts, not to mention four Tag Team Championship reigns under their belts, The New Day is continuously one of the most entertaining and successful parts of WWE today.

In regards to Kingston, the high-flyer recently took to his official Instagram account to post a picture that shocked a ton of WWE fans in the comments section. A plethora of what look to be Kingston's dreadlocks were on a counter next to a pair of scissors, indicating that he cut them all off after a boring night:

What are your thoughts on Kingston possibly cutting off his dreadlocks? How weird would it be to see Kingston in the WWE ring without his signature hairstyle? Will this completely throw off his comedic ability alongside his fellow New Day brothers? Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
