Marcus Rashford just can't stop improving at Manchester United this season. The Englishman rose to Premier League fame last year and has achieved what so many United youngsters have failed to in continuing to thrive at the top level.Despite a difficult first campaign under the wing of Jose Mourinho, Rashford has continued to learn at the top and has established himself as something of a first team regular. It's nothing to be sniffed at either, especially when you consider the form of Anthony Martial.Rashford has already amassed eight goals and three assists for club and country in 2017-18.And the 19-year-old has extended his purple patch in the difficult away trip to Benfica in the Champions League.Fans were left lamenting a thoroughly mundane first-half that proved all too familiar to Saturday's performance against Liverpool. However, halfway through the second half and Rashford broke the deadlock with one of the most remarkable goals the competition has ever seen.Taking a free-kick out on the left flank, the 19-year-old whipped in a superb delivery that completely bamboozled the Benfica goalkeeper who caught the ball but behind the line.Check out the freak strike below:

What makes the goal all the more painful is the fact Mile Svilar is the man who conceded it.

That - for the record - is the man breaking Iker Casillas' record as the youngest goalkeeper to ever play in the Champions League. And, in light of that, Gary Lineker nailed his reaction tweet.

Here it is:

You've got to feel for the lad but what a spot from Rashford.
