Barnet Vs Torquay United, Tue 26 Jan 2010

Barnet boss Ian Hendon is waiting on defender Ismail Yakubu ahead of the visit of Torquay.

Yakubu missed the 2-1 defeat at Morecambe on Saturday with a muscle strain and he is unlikely to have recovered in time to take his place at the heart of the back four as the Bees look to end a long winless run.

Hendon`s side last won in the league in October and not even the return of Gary Breen could help at Morecambe.

Breen returned after a lengthy lay-off with a knee problem and should continue while captain Micah Hyde will hope to be back in the side after being hauled off after just half an hour.

Defender Clovis Kamdjo (knee) remains the only other problem for Hendon.

Torquay are waiting on the fitness of experienced winger Wayne Carlisle.

Carlisle missed Saturday's 3-2 home defeat by Burton with a groin injury, with boss Paul Buckle opting to recall Elliot Benyon in attack and move Chris Zebroski to the wing.

Buckle is likely to opt for that system again if Carlisle does not recover in time, although he could be tempted to lead the line with the impressive Zebroski and hand Danny Stevens a start on the left.

Buckle as no other selection concerns as United are seeking to end a run of three successive league defeats when they visit Underhill to play the Bees, who themselves are on a dreadful run of results, having not won since October.
