Nia Jax is one of the most feared women in the WWE's female division, but she's not happy with the way she has been booked as of late - and her compensation doesn't seem to make up for it.

Jax began her professional wrestling career back in 2014 when she was singed to WWE and put in their developmental territory of NXT. After two years in developmental Jax was brought up to the main roster by way of the WWE Draft. Since her debut Jax has been a dominant force on Monday Night RAW and is rarely defeated in one-on-one competition.

Despite her dominance in the division Jax has yet to capture a WWE title. Jax has seemingly been left out of the WWE Monday Night RAW Women's Championship picture, and has come to her wits end with the booking she has been subject to as of late.

It was reported earlier in the week that Jax was contemplating leaving the company as a result of these issues. She was then granted a temporary leave of absence and was relieved of her shooting duties for E! Total Divas this week.

Jax was originally slated to take on Sasha Banks at Tables Ladders and Chairs (TLC) this weekend, however, she has now been replaced by Alicia Fox. A recent report from Sports Illustrated claims that Jax's issues with WWE come in the form of frustrations with booking as well as pay.

It also seems that Jax has more leverage in negotiations than people think because her cousin is none other that WWE Legend and future Hall Of Famer The Rock. The feeling about the situation backstage is that Jax will soon return to action with a big pay bump.

A report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter also adds that Jax is still booked to compete in the WWE's European tour next month, and WWE officials are still denying she ever left the company.

What are your thoughts on Jax reportedly using her relationship with The Rock as leverage in her current dispute with WWE for more money? Do you think the WWE will budge and pay Jax more money? Or will she depart and begin a career on the independent circuit? Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
