In what seems to be becoming something of a trend, yet another WWE superstar has left the company today. In an official statement put out on their website by the WWE barely an hour or so ago, they confirmed that Emma has been released from her contract and is free to pursue other ventures outside the company. The Australian superstar follows in the footsteps of Austin Aries and Neville, who have both walked out of the WWE in recent months due to unhappiness with their booking in Vince McMahon's company. It is not yet known if Emma demanded to leave or whether it was the WWE that pushed her out.WWE's acknowledgment of Emma's departure was a simple two-sentence statement. "WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar Emma," it read. "WWE wishes Emma the best in all of her future endeavors."This isn't the first time that the 28-year-old has been let go by the WWE. Her first departure came in July 2014 after she was arrested in Hartford, Connecticut. According to her lawyer, Emma forgot to pay for an iPad case at a Walmart and walked out with it in her bag. The WWE sacked her after news of the arrest came out, but reinstated her less than a day later after more news of the nature of the arrest surfaced. WWE fans have taken to social media to voice their displeasure at the move.
