What a night for Tottenham and Dele Alli.Spurs humbled Real Madrid 3-1 at Wembley with Alli grabbing two goals in what was one of the best nights in the club’s history. The win means Spurs have now qualified for the last-16 of the competition, making light work of a tough qualifying ground that also includes Borussia Dortmund. But for Alli, he certainly won’t be forgetting this night in a hurry.Five years ago today, he was making his MK Dons debut in the FA Cup first round against Cambridge City. Now, he’s bagging a brace against the European Champions at Wembley. Not bad. Now, with BT Sport showing all eight Champions League matches each night, it’s sometimes difficult to decide which game to watch. That’s why they’ve introduced the rather brilliant ‘Goals Show.’If you haven’t watched it before, guests join presenter James Richardson as they talk through the matches and show the goals as they go in.It means you get to see every goal scored on the night. However, whilst Richardson is a decent presenter, he doesn’t quite cut it as a commentator. That much could be heard after Alli’s second goal against Madrid. We’re not saying Richardson is bad at commentating, he’s just…different.

Watch: James Richardson is just amazing

Just take a listen:

“Real Madrid, like salami, sliced open on the counter by the Dele-man.”

So many puns we can’t even cope.

And the clip of Richardson so outrageously brilliant was doing the rounds on social media on Wednesday night.

Move over Martin Tyler…
