RAPTORS (7-5) 94; CELTICS (12-2) 95

Despite missing Kyrie Irving, Boston made it 12 straight wins with Al Horford (21/3/4) producing an impressive performance on his return to the lineup shooting 8-of-9 from the field. Jaylen Brown (18/3/3) also made a big contribution and Terry Rozier (16/6/3) provided a spark off the bench. 

DeMar DeRozan (24/3/4) led Toronto in scoring but he missed two go-ahead attempts in the final 20 seconds to win the game for the visitors. His backcourt partner Kyle Lowry (19/1/7) was the only other start in double figures.

HEAT (6-7) 103; PISTONS (10-3) 112

Detroit secured its fifth consecutive win with another solid performance at home. In a team effort, they had five players in double digits, led by Tobias Harris (25/7/1) and Avery Bradley (24/6/1). The Pistons are off to their best start since going 15-3 in 2005-06.

Hassan Whiteside (20/12/0) put up a double-double for Miami and backcourt duo Goran Dragic (18/4/7) and Dion Waiters (16/4/5) posted good numbers but it wasn't enough to win on the road. 

ROCKETS (11-3) 118; PACERS (6-8) 95

James Harden (26/5/15) guided Houston to a resounding win on the road as they continue their terrific start to the season. Clint Capela (20/17/1) notched a huge double-double and Eric Gordon (21/1/4) also played a huge role. 

Victor Oladipo (28/4/2) had a team-high for Indiana, shooting an efficient 11-of-17 from the field. Domantas Sabonis (17/5/2) and Myles Turner (13/8/2) were the only other players to reach double figures for the home team. 

MAVERICKS (2-12) 99; THUNDER (6-7) 112

Paul George (37/8/5) came up big for OKC for the second game running with a brilliant offensive showing as he hit seven three-pointers. Russell Westbrook (27/6/5) also put up big numbers in a routine win.

Harrison Barnes (22/13/1) was the leading scorer for Dallas and Yogi Ferrell (18/3/4) also had his best game of the campaign but they have now lost nine of their last 10 games and have the worst record in the league.
