A late goal from Paul Mullin earned Morecambe a thrilling 3-2 victory over Burton.

In a game that swung from end to end with both sides hitting the woodwork twice, Mullin headed the winner five minutes from time as the Shrimps came from behind twice to earn a second successive win.

Burton took the lead after 23 minutes when midfielder Jacques Maghoma was allowed to run on goal and his left-foot shot flew past Barry Roche.

The Shrimps were level five minutes later when Stewart Drummond headed his ninth goal of the season past Artur Krysiak from a dangerous Stanley corner.

Shaun Harrad gave Burton the lead for the second time after 40 minutes, drilling home from Paul Boertien`s knock-dwon, before Sammy McIlroy's Shrimps hit two late goals.

Phil Jevons scored his 100th Football League goal from close range after good work from Garry Hunter in the 72nd minute before Mullin's winner.
