Rochdale boss Keith Hill will assess the fitness of defender Nathan Stanton ahead of the home clash with Dagenham.

Stanton sustained a thigh injury in Dale's last outing against Crewe on February 6 and was replaced by Rory McArdle after just 39 minutes of the 2-0 success.

Hill has no other major concerns as his League Two leaders bid to take another step towards winning their first promotion since 1969.

The Spotland outfit had collected just one point in two matches before beating Crewe last time out and Hill is eager for his men to maintain their strong home form.

Rochdale have won 10 of their 14 home games in League Two so far this term and Hill said: "We're really pleased with the way things are going."

Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still will stick with a winning team.

Still has no fresh injuries or suspensions to contend with as he looks to build on last weekend`s 1-0 win over fellow promotion hopefuls Bournemouth so will keep faith with the same XI.

Victory over the second-placed Cherries ended a run of four successive defeats for the Daggers and keeps them interested in the play-off picture.

Midfielder Stuart Thurgood remains a long-term absentee as he continues his recovery from a knee operation while defender Will Antwi is out with an ankle injury.

Top scorer Paul Benson has gone four games without a goal but will be looking to add to his 13 strikes this season.
