Survivor Series is an event in the WWE calendar which always pulls out the surprises. Whether it's debuts, surprising results or heel turns - this year's event is one that fans will watch with great interest.

One of the reasons for the excitement is because of the match card, where Brock Lesnar battles AJ Styles, The Shield go up against the New Day while Kurt Angle and Triple H feature in Monday Night RAW's team against Team SmackDown LIVE led by Shane McMahon.

SURVIVOR SERIES

There's a lot of intrigue heading into that particular 5-on-5 match, especially since The Game was a late addition to Team RAW and there's a lot of talk about how the match could end.

It's thought that Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens could end up costing SmackDown the win, whereas Triple H costing RAW the victory has also been discussed as it would see Stephanie McMahon oust Angle as the general manager of the red brand.

However, Cageside Seats are reporting that a heel turn is expected to take place as early as Survivor Series, and it could see Jason Jordan turning heel.

The former American Alpha member suffered a kayfabe injury against Bray Wyatt on RAW last week, leading to Angle not allowing his on-screen son to remain the fifth member. Instead, Triple H made his return and announced he'll be the final member - and also hit Jordan with a Pedigree for good measure.

HEEL TURN

This has led to speculation that Jordan is going to turn heel at Survivor Series and cost RAW the win. Again, it's an interesting rumour as a loss for RAW means Angle will no longer be the general manager of the Monday night show.

With speculation also suggesting that Triple H and Angle will do battle at WrestleMania 34, the involvement of Jordan only makes this more interesting as his role in all of this is unclear at the moment.

Jordan has struggled since moving over the RAW, and the fans haven't embraced him as WWE thought they would. Instead, he's been fighting a losing battle by receiving plenty of negative reaction as WWE continues to force him down as a top star.

This has even resulted in Booker T coming out to reveal he's not a fan of Jordan as he's done nothing to prove he belongs on that stage.

With this experiment looking like a failure, perhaps pressing the reset button with a heel turn for Jordan could be the best route to go down.
