If Manchester City can maintain just half of their current form until May, then there's only one team winning the Premier League this season. After a year of consolidation under Pep Guardiola, the Citizens are beginning to display the tiki-taka football that the Spaniard patented as manager at Barcelona.Kevin de Bruyne has already bagged himself the PFA Player of the Year award in the eyes of many and is flanked by the ever-improving Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling.Meanwhile, their defence has proven as water tight as ever with John Stones and Nicolas Otamendi coming on leaps and bounds while Ederson proves a revelation between the sticks. That's not to mention the lethal strike partnership that is Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus who already have 19 goals between them. And breathe. All that considered, you'd think Leicester City would be nothing more than a stepping stone for the perpetually indomitable Citizens, but they didn't have it all their way at the King Power Stadium. The Foxes managed to frustrate the visitors until the 44th minute when they needed to produce something special to break the deadlock with Jesus rounding off a crazy team move.Take a look:
Football from a different planet, but that was just the start.
Then Guardiola's men showed of their brilliant counterattacking skills by punishing Leicester for daring to hit their post.
The ball eventually found De Bruyne on the edge of the area before unleashing an outrageous left-footed finish past a thoroughly bamboozled Kasper Schmeichel - check it out:
The Premier League has seldom seen such immaculate and frighteningly quick team football and unless Manchester City take a nosedive in form, they'll dance their way to glory.
