Last night (Sun. November 19, 2017) the WWE put on, arguably, its best pay-per-view (PPV) of the year in Survivor Series from Houston, Texas. In an event that was built around RAW vs. SmackDown Live champions, Monday Night emerged victorious with four wins to SmackDown's three. At one point SmackDown held a 3-2 lead until WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar evened things up when he defeated SmackDown's WWE Champion AJ Styles in an epic one-on-one collision. Lesnar started out the bout by dominating "The Phenomenal One," suplexing the former New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) star around the ring and smashing him with vicious strikes. Eventually Styles was able to sneak in some offense and lock in the Calf Crusher, weakening the leg of Lesnar in the process. After continuously attacking the injured leg of Lesnar, Styles would come off the top rope for a Phenomenal Forearm attempt, but would be caught for an F5 to end the night. As Lesnar made his way backstage he was limping badly, selling his leg injury from Styles, but it turns out the selling didn't end in front of the audience. Per a report from Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, Lesnar continued to sell the injury backstage because he wanted people the legitimately believe that he was hurt. Some people actually fell for it and believed that Styles had hurt Lesnar during their match.Aside from Lesnar's kayfabe injury, many believe that "The Beast" put on his best match in years with "The Phenomenal One," who took to Twitter shortly after the defeat to comment on his loss:

As for Styles, he is scheduled to defend his WWE Title against Jinder Mahal on Tuesday's episode of SmackDown Live. It will be the pair's rematch since Styles defeated Mahal for the title two weeks ago on SmackDown Live to become the new champion in Manchester, England during an overseas tour.

What are your thoughts on Lesnar trolling his fellow WWE Superstars backstage by continuing to sell his kayfabe leg injury after the match? Why do you think 'The Beast' decided to do this? And how much longer do you expect his Universal Title reign to last? Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
