Derby charged by FA

The Football Association has charged Derby with failing to control their players following an incident in the Coca-Cola Championship match with Swansea at Pride Park on Saturday.

The charge relates to a mass confrontation between players from both clubs. Separately, the Football Association of Wales has also charged Swansea with the same offence.

Derby have until March 9 to respond to the charge.

Derby defender James McEveley has also been charged with improper conduct following his dismissal in the same fixture. He has until 6pm Tuesday to reply to the charge, which will be heard on 25 February.

Scunthorpe United's Michael O'Connor has been charged with violent conduct following an incident in his side's fixture with Watford at Glanford Park on Saturday.

He has until 6pm Tuesday to reply to the charge.
