Oldham boss Dave Penney is hoping to have Keigan Parker and Alex Marrow available for the home clash against Leyton Orient.

Striker Parker missed Saturday's trip to Exeter with a groin strain and midfielder Marrow was also absent through illness.

Both players will be assessed while Jon Worthington, who has not played since mid-October because of damaged ankle ligaments, again looks set for a place among the substitutes.

Midfielder Jim Goodwin is hoping to be passed fit after a thigh injury but Jason Price's loan spell from Millwall has expired.

The striker has scored just one goal in seven appearances for the Latics but has impressed with his work-rate and Penney may opt to extend his loan for a further month or until the end of the season.

Charlie Daniels could return to the Leyton Orient starting line-up.

The defender was named on the bench for Saturday's defeat at MK Dons having missed the previous match against Swindon with a groin injury.

Andrew Cave-Brown, who is usually a right-back, has deputised on the left for the last two games but boss Geraint Williams could reinstate Daniels

Williams has a fully-fit squad to choose from and may make changes after their winless run was stretched to six games.

Adam Chambers could return after being dropped to the bench on Saturday with Sean Thornton preferred in midfield.

Veteran striker Scott McGleish may get a rest with Jonathan Tehoue pushing for a start.
