Accrington boss John Coleman has Ian Dunbavin available for the visit of leaders Rochdale.

The goalkeeper has completed a one-match suspension following his dismissal in last weekend's 2-1 win at Barnet but will face stiff competition from Dean Bouzanis, who replaced him against Rotherham in midweek, for a starting role.

Bouzanis may win the race to retain his place as Coleman looks to keep faith with the same winning starting XI.

Bobby Grant is closing in on a return from a hamstring problem but the clash at the Crown Ground is likely to come too soon for the midfielder.

James McCarten has been an unused substitute in the last two games following his loan move from Everton and will again be pushing for a debut.

But Leam Richardson (groin) and Alan Burton (ankle) are still struggling with injury and will not feature, with the latter possibly needing an operation.

Rochdale boss Keith Hill is boosted by the availability of Craig Dawson.

Dale triumphed 1-0 at Shrewsbury last weekend to surge eight points clear at the top of League Two but Dawson missed out due to a facial injury.

However, he has been fitted with a face mask and comes back into contention as Dale seek to edge ever closer to their first promotion since 1969.

Hill has no injury or suspension worries as his men seek to record a third successive away win.

"Promotion has been on our agenda since the start of the season and we have been top of the table since December 1," said Hill.

"We're winning matches and the players have embraced the challenge and embraced the pressure that goes with being top."
