Wycombe will be without defender Alan Bennett for the the visit of fellow strugglers Exeter.

Bennett had started the last five league games for Gary Waddock's side but was recalled by parent club Brentford earlier in the week and was sent off at Brighton on Tuesday night.

Chris Westwood looks the most likely candidate to take Bennett's place alongside new captain Adam Hinshelwood as the Chairboys seek a first win in five games.

Right-back Julian Kelly will continue after he extended his loan spell from Reading but Leon Johnson remains out as he recovers from surgery on his hip injury.

Midfielders Lewwis Spence (knee) and Ian Westlake (knee) are also out as Waddock's side search for a first league win over Exeter in their history.

Exeter boss Paul Tisdale's attacking options are boosted by the return of striker Barry Corr from suspension.

Corr has been ruled out for five matches following his third red card of the season in the 1-0 defeat at Millwall.

But it remains to be seen whether Tisdale will change his winning line-up following City's 1-0 midweek home victory over Bristol Rovers, which has edged them to within a point of safety with 10 games to go.

Tisdale recalled experienced striker Marcus Stewart for the win over Rovers in place of on-loan West Brom striker Marcus Haber, who set up the winner after coming off the bench.

The victory ended a nine-match run without a win for City and also extended their unbeaten streak to three matches.
