With the Royal Rumble just around the corner, it means WrestleMania season is almost upon us, so it's time for WWE fans to start discussing more about whether or not The Undertaker will have another match on the grandest stage of them all.

The Deadman hasn't been seen in the WWE since his WrestleMania 33 loss against Roman Reigns earlier this year in April. Many thought he had retired following the conclusion of this match since he left his iconic hat, coat, and gloves in the middle of the ring following his defeat to The Big Dog.

The Undertaker's next appearance in the WWE, and his first since WrestleMania will be at the 25th anniversary show of Monday Night Raw on January 22, 2018. It is here we should be given a better idea about his future inside the squared circle.

So far, the only rumored match for The Phenom is against John Cena, a match which many fans have been begging WWE to make happen for the past couple of years. Time is running out for this match to happen, so fans want it to take place before it is too late.

However, according to reports, it seems that Vince McMahon might have some other plans in the works for The Undertaker at WrestleMania 34 if he wrestles once again.

According to Pro Wrestling Unlimited, Vince McMahon is confident that The Undertaker will wrestle at WrestleMania 34, and that the current creative plans are for him to reunite with Kane once more for a tag team match at the show.

They also stated that The Deadman has the pitch from WWE officials, and he will be making a final decision about the match before Raw’s 25th anniversary show, which is when WWE will likely confirm if WrestleMania in 2018 will feature an Undertaker match.

There currently isn't any indication as to who The Brothers of Destruction could face at WrestleMania 34, but John Cena and another superstar wouldn't be a bad match to watch. A tag team match would certainly make it easier on The Phenom's body now he is another year older.

It would be great to see the Brothers of Destruction back in the ring together, this time at The Showcase of the Immortals. However, until Raw’s 25th anniversary, all WWE fans can do is hope that The Undertaker will come back to the ring one more time for an official retirement match.
