Last week, WWE had to send home two of their Monday Night Raw superstars for different reasons, putting their status for the red brand's first show of the new year tonight at the American Airlines Arena in Miami.

During a six-woman tag team match of Absolution members Paige, Mandy Rose, and Sonya Deville vs Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Mickie James which took place during a WWE Holiday Tour show at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, Long Island on Wednesday night, Paige suffered a stinger after she was kicked in the back of her neck by Banks.

The match was brought to an end early and WWE pull her from the remainder of the live events this week as a precautionary measure. She hasn't made another appearance for the company since, leaving her status for Raw up in the air.

The next day, WWE also had to send home Braun Strowman, who had been working with Kane in preparation for their triple threat Universal Championship match alongside Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble.

Reports later stated that The Monster Among Men was removed from the rest of WWE's live events this week due to illness, with the Wrestling Observer later stating that the illness was the flu. His status for Raw was therefore up in the air as well.

Now, according to a report by PWInsider, both Braun Strowman and Paige are scheduled to be at Raw in Miami, Florida tomorrow. They didn't confirm if either had been cleared for in-ring competition, but they did say they will be there and available for appearances if WWE requires them.

Fingers crossed both superstars are able to work Raw this week, as they're both in the middle of their own separate pushes which have been successful so far.

Paige has had her career revitalized through her recent push as the leader of Absolution after missing almost a year of action after she had neck surgery in October 2016. Strowman, on the other hand, has been in the Universal title picture for the past five months.

However, WWE fans won't mind if they still need another few more days to get ready for in-ring action.
