Many believe the start of Daniel Bryan's iconic YES! movement began when he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on the Big Show at TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs in 2011 to win the World Heavyweight Championship.

The now SmackDown Live general manager may have been doing the YES! chant on his own on that night, but it quickly caught on with the WWE Universe, and it helped propel Bryan's career forward to new heights within the company.

The YES! movement arguably reached it's highest point when Bryan won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 30, but even at today's WWE shows, fans still use the chant despite the fact Bryan has now been retired from in-ring action in the WWE for almost two years.

The YES! chant is such a staple in the WWE today that it happens sometimes even when The King of Beards isn't part of the show. It can happen at the most random times as well, and the man himself knows about it.

The SmackDown Live general manager was interviewed by MassLive after dropping the ceremonial hockey puck at last Friday's minor professional ice hockey game between the Springfield Thunderbirds and the Hershey Bears at MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.

During the interview, Bryan was asked if he gets fans chanting "Yes!" at him all the time, to which he recalled a time where he received the chant while he was in a bathroom at an airport.

The King of Beards said: "It varies, some days none, some days [it happens] lots of times. The worst one I ever got was I was at the airport and I was using the urinal. A guy comes up to me in the bathroom and he was [chanting] 'Yes! Yes!' And then... [motioning at his crotch] I can't do anything."

At the moment, it's unclear if Bryan will ever do the YES! chant again in the WWE as an in-ring performer, as he has said he would like to wrestle again once his contract is up, with or without the WWE. Currently, he hasn't been cleared by WWE's doctors to wrestle again.
