Philippe Coutinho finally completed his move from Liverpool to Barcelona on Saturday in a British record £142 million deal. While some have questioned the January move, given that he'll be cup-tied in the Champions League, Barca are hoping his arrival will reduce Andres Iniesta's workload.Coutinho can integrate with his new teammates in La Liga, as they aim to extend their lead at the top, which will keep the 33-year-old Iniesta fresh for the Champions League knockout stage.

Barcelona resumed their La Liga campaign on Sunday as they welcomed struggling Levante to the Nou Camp, but even before kick-off, football fans were in utter disbelief.

Lionel Messi lit up the opening period of the match, however viewers of the La Liga clash heard what commentator Ray Hudson said about Coutinho and absolutely loved it.

"Magisterial" Hudson in fine form

Hudson works for beIN Sports and is known around the world for his outrageous commentary style and hilarious comparisons, especially during Spanish league matches.

As Iniesta led out Ernesto Valverde's side against Levante, the 62-year-old Englishman decided to debut a new set of lyrics about Brazil international Coutinho.

Hudson freestyles about Coutinho

Singing along to the traditional theme that plays before and after Barca's home matches, Hudson chanted: "Coutinho! Coutinho! You cost an awful lot of money - but Barca believe in you!

"Just be better than (Andre) Gomes, or they'll send you home, they'll send you home! Back to a cold wet night in Stoke.

"Now you're in Spain. Sunny, sunny Spain. Now go and earn that big fat paycheck, boy! Barca! Barca! Barca!"

As his co-commentator joked afterwards following some laughter, that rendition "might be worth $200 million on it's own".

Hudson's certainly right in that Coutinho will have to perform at his very best for Barca, but given his excellent form for Liverpool this season, he has every chance of doing just that.
