Wolves defender Ronald Zubar is urging his team-mates to follow Kevin Doyle's example as they prepare for their daunting trip to Arsenal on Saturday.

Mick McCarthy's men have dragged themselves five points clear of the fight for Barclays Premier League survival with a return of eight points from their last four games, and will head for the Emirates Stadium confident of securing safety.

Zubar told the club's official website, www.wolves.co.uk: "At the moment, we are confident after the last four games going into what we know will be a really difficult game."

He added: "Arsenal drew against Birmingham and although they have got Barcelona first, they will be needing to win against us.

"Arsenal are a great team who play beautiful football and people like to watch them play. But I am sure we will get chances in the game as well.

"I don't know if [William] Gallas will play because of injury and [Thomas] Vermaelen didn't play last time.

"Whoever plays there, I am sure Kevin Doyle can cause them problems.

"He's done that to a lot of defences this season and Gallas told me last time he doesn't like playing against Kevin.

"It's because of his movement and battling and chasing. If we all chase like that, we have a chance and then there's always going to be free-kicks and corners."
