Cardiff's players and staff received their March pay packets on Tuesday morning, a day later than expected.
There were fresh fears about the cash-strapped club's future on Monday when it emerged that employees had not been paid on time. However, the issue has quickly been resolved and was down to a delay in an international transfer of funds from Malaysian investor Dato Chan Tien Ghee, which was in part being used to cover the wage bill.
A club statement read: "As the chairman Peter Ridsdale informed the media on Monday, the players and staff at the club were paid on March 30, one day before the end of the month."
Cardiff are back in the High Court on May 5 over an unpaid tax bill but are hopeful of concluding an investment deal with a Malaysian consortium, represented by Dato Chan, by the end of April.
