It looks like the Monday Night RAW Tag Team division has taken another big hit.

Several weeks ago Shield member and partner to Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, suffered a bicep injury that will shelve him for a few months. The injury forced Rollins to team up with Jason Jordan instead as they went on to win the RAW Tag Team Titles.

Jordan is the storyline son of WWE Hall Of Famer and Monday Night RAW General Manager Kurt Angle. Jordan's character is a little over the top as he tries too hard to fit in with Rollins and Roman Reigns, similar to Kurt Angle during his heyday as an annoying heel.

After winning the RAW Tag Team Titles with Rollins, Jordan and "The Architect" have embroiled themselves in a rivalry with The Bar (Sheamus and Cesaro) and are expected to defend their titles against them at the Royal Rumble later this month.

A bit of a scare occurred this past weekend as Jason Jordan didn't perform as advertised at a WWE live event this past weekend.

He and Rollins were advertised to defend their titles against The Bar during the show, but the fight never happened.

Instead Rollins teamed with Reigns to defeat The Miz and The Miztoruage (Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas) in a 2-on-3 Handicap match.

Per a report from PWInsider, it appears that the reason Jordan missed the live event is because he is suffering from an injury.

The nature of the injury is currently unknown and there's no word yet on whether or not he'll miss tonight's (Mon. January 15, 2017) episode of Monday Night RAW. This would be the second tag team partner that Rollins would lose to an injury.

With WrestleMania right around the corner WWE needs to hope Jordan's injury won't keep him out long term as it seems they need him for key plans for the event.

What are your thoughts on Jordan suffering an injury just after winning the RAW Tag Team Titles with Seth Rollins? Do you think that the injury will be bad enough to hold him off WWE TV for several weeks? And will Rollins and Jordan be forced to vacate their Tag Team Titles? Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
