Let’s take a minute to discuss something very important. What is the biggest Premier League bromance?Surely there are only two real contenders here: Dele Alli and Eric Dier or Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard. It’s a close-run thing but, for us, Rashford and Lingard have raised the bar significantly this season and are giving Alli and Dier a serious run for their money. There might be a five-year age gap between the two Manchester United stars but they get along like a house on fire both on and off the pitch. And there was a very amusing moment between the pair during United’s 3-0 victory over Stoke City on Monday night. With his team already 3-0 up and cruising, Jose Mourinho gave Lingard a breather with 10 minutes left to play.He also took off Anthony Martial and the duo were replaced by Rashford and Marouane Fellaini, respectively.

United fans spotted what Rashford said to Lingard

While Rashford and Fellaini were waiting for their teammates to make their way off the pitch, United fans noticed what the former said to Lingard.

Clearly a little chilly and still not properly warmed up, Rashford - per Match of the Day magazine - said to his pal: “Hurry up... it’s freezing!”

United fans found it very amusing

Man Utd fans on Twitter also did very well to spot it at the time - and needless to say, they found it very funny…

You’ve got to love these lads.

Their recent warm-weather trip to Dubai must have made them a bit soft.

Lingard tweets

Lingard later admitted that he slowed down his walk off the pitch on purpose. Harsh!

United close the gap on City to 12 points

As for United, they secured a convincing 3-0 win over their relegation-threatened opponents at Old Trafford.

Antonio Valencia broke the deadlock in the ninth minute with a wonderful left-footed strike before Martial made it 2-0 before half-time with a brilliant effort from the edge of the box.

Romelu Lukaku then made it 3-0 in the second half after some fine centre-forward work that would have impressed Jose Mourinho.
