Barnet manager Ian Hendon could hand a debut to winger Chris James against Chesterfield.
The New Zealand international has signed a deal until the end of the season as a free agent and is hoping to secure a place at this summer`s World Cup finals in South Africa.
Hendon will hand a late fitness test to striker John O`Flynn who is still struggling with a knee injury, while centre-half Ismail Yakubu continues to be troubled by his persistent back problem which has plagued the second half of his season.
Clovis Kamdjo was dropped against Hereford on Saturday so full-back Joe Devera will again continue to fill in at centre-back alongside veteran Gary Breen.
The likes of Micah Hyde, Jake Hyde, Ben Wright and Danny Hart all come into the equation as Hendon contemplates freshening up his squad.
Leading scorer Drew Talbot will miss out again for Chesterfield.
The 10-goal striker was a late withdrawal from the squad against Rochdale on Saturday after contracting another virus.
Blues boss John Sheridan said: "He has had a lot of viruses this year. I don`t know what he is doing away from the ground but he is a bit of a Mr Sicknote at the moment and he will miss the Barnet game as well."
Sheridan will be reluctant to make too many changes after the Spireites defeated the league leaders to win for the first time in five matches.
Derek Niven returned from an ankle injury as a substitute against Rochdale and the midfielder will be in the squad again after suffering no ill effects. Striker Jack Lester was also on the bench for that game after recovering from knee surgery.
