Derby manager Nigel Clough has requested a personal hearing following his FA charge for improper conduct.
Clough was charged by the Football Association after referee Jonathan Moss sent him to the stands during the closing stages of the 3-1 Coca-Cola Championship defeat to Ipswich at Pride Park on Easter Monday.
The hearing will be held before the end of the month but a date and venue have yet to be confirmed.
