He may be one of the biggest names in boxing, but that doesn’t mean the BBC knows who he is, or what he does. The incident was sparked by Amir Khan throwing water over Phil Lo Greco following a heated exchange where the Canadian talked about the 31-year-old’s personal life following his defeat to Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez back in 2016."After the Canelo loss you went on a losing streak - family, wife, and then you go out and tweet to the heavyweight champion of the world. What is wrong with you, mate?" the Canadian said.Khan did not take that particularly well and responded by throwing water at Lo Greco, and in the scuffle, Eddie Hearn, boss of Matchroom since 2011 and promoter for Amir Khan and heavyweight champ Anthony Joshua, got in between the pair and separated them before they could come to blows.Step forward BBC reporter Sonali Shah, who, in one of the more cringeworthy BBC Breakfast moments, described the incident to Dan Walker before describing Eddie Hearn as a bouncer."It's all part of boxing now isn't it, but just look at the size of the bouncer in the middle," Shah said.To which Dan walker, who is the Football Focus presenter, replied: “He's a big lad.”Oh dear.Thankfully, Hearn saw the funny side of the incident and tweeted the BBC presenter earlier this morning to tell him that no harm was done.“Don't worry Dan, I've been called many things, 'Bouncer' is not the end of the world 😂 ,“Hearn tweeted.

The three-fight deal Khan signed with Matchroom has effectively ended the ongoing feud between the pair, and the 31-year-old from Bolton said that he was looking forward to getting back in the ring.

"I will train like it's a world-title fight,” Khan said.

"Greco says maybe I'm past my best. I'm 31 and at the peak of my career. For me, boxing is the way forward. Boxing put me here and I am going to finish on a high.

"I have a great three-fight deal.

“To start in Liverpool, a great city, this will be another big one. He has just motivated me to go to the gym and work hard. I am going to give this guy a beating for 12 rounds."
