Ledley King's tweet about Eriksen's goal

The legendary Tottenham defender, who retired from professional football in 2012, took to social media minutes after Eriksen's goal.

King famously scored the fastest ever goal in Premier League history, scoring within 10 seconds against Bradford City in December 2000.

Eriksen's goal took 0.5 seconds longer and the 37-year-old celebrated his 18-year record with a fantastic tweet featuring Will Smith.

He nailed his tweet!

King was one of England's finest ever defenders but was plagued by injury problems during his 13-year career at Tottenham.

"He is the best central defender I have seen in my career," said former Spurs boss Martin Jol. "He is left-footed, right-footed and is unbelievably quick. He is always quicker than his opponent.

"I feel he is more talented than all the other central defenders in England. But because he is injured he doesn't get mentioned with England that much."
