Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp believes Ledley King will go to the World Cup with England.
After missing the recent win over Chelsea due to his notoriously fragile knees, King returned to the Spurs line-up at Manchester United on Saturday and scored with a header.
"I think he will go to the World Cup," said Redknapp. "Ledley can play every six days and there are six days between games at the World Cup. He would have to be handled right, and Fabio (Capello) would need to take advice from our medical staff about that because if you didn't you would break him."
He added: "But he is so important. He makes a massive difference to us and a fantastic character to have around.
"Imagine how good he would have been without the injury. He would have been unbelievable because he is at the top level now without training."
