"People I hit, they seem to get hurt," said the popular McCrory afterwards. "Three fights and all three have hit the floor, although I've never knocked somebody out cold like that!

"I got carried away in the first round, looking for the shots. He caught me with one or two, he was game to fight, but I knew once I caught him clean that I was going to knock him out."

McCrory now has two KO victories in his last two fights, bringing him to 3-0 in a career that has certainly got off to a blistering start. In contrast, Bique falls to a dismal 0-3 record - including two early stoppage defeats.

For McCrory's next fight, a fear factor has been instilled that should intimidate whoever he shall see in the ring next.
