Although its been 15 years since WWE fans have seen Hall Of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin compete inside the ring, "The Texas Rattlesnake" is still one of the biggest stars in the professional wrestling world today.

Just last month on RAW 25 he opened up the show in a segment with Vince and Shane McMahon. His entrance received the biggest pop that has been heard on Monday Night RAW in the past several years.

He proceeded to deliver a Stone Cold Stunner to both Vince and Shane McMahon before chugging down some beer to end the segment. Oftentimes Austin visits WWE backstage when they come to his local area.

Most of the time he likes to record a podcast with one of the roster's youngest hot stars such as Sasha Banks, Bayley, Elias, and many more.

It looks like Austin's recent attempt at landing an interview for his podcast may have just spoiled his WrestleMania 34 plans.

Recently WWE announced that former Women's Champion Ivory will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame this year as a part of the 2018 class.

"The Texas Rattlesnake" recently took to Twitter to congratulate Ivory on the honor. As he did Austin suggested that he'll be in New Orleans for WrestleMania as he said he's "Looking forward to talking w you!"

The last time Austin was involved in a WrestleMania segment was back at WrestleMania 30. He, Hulk Hogan, and The Rock opened up the show to kick things off.

It was an amazing sight for wrestling fans to see the three legends in the ring at the same time.

Interestingly enough WrestleMania 30 took place in New Orleans, the same place WrestleMania 34 is set to go down from.

It should be interesting to see if Austin is used in any capacity at WrestleMania 34, or if he's simply attending to record interviews for his podcast.

What are your thoughts on Austin suggesting on Twitter that he's going to be in New Orleans for WrestleMania 34? Do you think that he'll simply be there to enjoy the show and record interviews for his podcast? Or could WWE be planning to get the former WWE Champion involved in a segment somehow? Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
