A fan favorite wrestler may be making an unexpected appearance.

That fan favorite star is Diamond Dallas Page. While he’s known for his wrestling career, DDP has done wonderful things with other wrestlers such as Scott Hall and Jake “The Snake” Roberts in the past with his DDP YOGA program. Their success was turned into a documentary that is now available.

DDP has been in the pro wrestling business for two decades now as he has wrestled for some of the biggest promotions in the history of the business.

His career has been showcased in WCW, WWE, and TNA. He got into pro wrestling back in 1988 when he started working as a manager for AWA.

This led to him working in WCW where he went onto win several titles such as being a three-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, two-time WCW United States Heavyweight Champion,four-time WCW World Tag Team Champion and one-time WCW World Television Champion.

WCW was sold to WWE Chairman Vince McMahon in 2001 and this is when he signed with the sports entertainment company then went on to make his pay-per-view debut in the main event of July's Invasion show, and went on to become a one-time WWF European Champion and one-time WWF World Tag Team Champion.

With him dealing with injuries, the sports entertainment company allowed his contract to expire in 2002. This is when he went and worked for TNA from 2004 to 2005.

There was some rumblings among those backstage at Monday’s Raw TV event in San Jose that Diamond Dallas Page would be returning to Monday Night Raw soon, according to Mike Johnson, who talked about it on a recent edition of PWinsider Audio Hotline. Here is what he had to say (transcript courtesy of Ringside News):

“There was talk at last night on Raw, that Page would be at Raw in a couple of weeks. I don’t know what the plan is here.

I don’t know what the idea is but apparently Diamond Dallas Page will be at Raw in a few weeks. I think I heard the Phoenix taping. He’s going to be there.”

WWE invades Phoenix, AZ at the Talking Stick Resort Arena for next week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
