Liverpool are firmly in one of their good periods right now as everything around the club looks positive after back-to-back away wins. They usually do come in relatively short bursts - an incomprehensible performance against a side at the bottom of the league never being too far around the corner - but the incredibly convincing displays against Southampton and Porto have left fans wondering just how far this team can go.Sadio Mane's hattrick and the world-class link-up between Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah getting ever smoother aren't the only reasons for optimism, however. The Reds had three major targets last summer: Salah, Virgil van Dijk, and RB Leipzig's Naby Keita. Two of them have already joined the club, of course, but they've been forced to wait until next year to see exactly what Keita can bring to their midfield.Until then, fans have had to rely on the Guinean's performances in the white of Leipzig for a glimpse of what could be on its way - and it certainly looks very exciting.Leipzig and Keita travelled to Naples for Thursday's Europa League tie against a Napoli side that has become one of the best in Europe; Maurizio Sarri's side sit at the top of Serie A, the first team to truly challenge Juventus for the title in years.A tough game was anticipated, but RB Leipzig left with a 3-1 away win - in no small part due to Keita's performance.Just look at this stat from after the game:

No other player made more than eight recoveries as Keita bosses a side that Pep Guardiola labelled as "maybe the best [he's] faced" earlier this season.

You can check out Keita's all-action performance below:

The midfielder looks like the perfect player for Jurgen Klopp's midfield and appears to be more than capable of filling any void left by the potentially-departing Emre Can.

It naturally remains to be seen exactly how good a fit Keita will be at Liverpool but it doesn't seem too outlandish to suggest that the club's transfer business this season has been some of their best ever.

Salah, Van Dijk, and Keita all look like stars, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Andy Robertson have surprised most with how they've fit into the side.

Fans will be hoping that next summer can match the standard, especially with reports that Liverpool are finally looking at addressing their much-maligned goalkeeper issues.

We'll see how long it lasts, but things sure do look rosy at Liverpool right now.
