Being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame is true recognition of the accomplishments of any wrestler.

164 inductees have had the honour of being entered into the Hall of Fame. The list includes 105 individual wrestlers, 11 groups, three Warrior Award recipients and 16 Legacy Inductees.

Andre the Giant was announced as the first sole inductee back in 1993 and he was joined most recently by the likes of Kurt Angle and Teddy Long, who made the class of 2017.

With Wrestlemania season in full flow, WWE have been gradually announcing this year's inductees, ahead of the ceremony on April 6, 2018.

Set to enter the Hall of Fame are Goldberg, the Dudley Boyz and Ivory. The things achieved by just those three inductees alone are enough to make 2018 one of the most successful classes in history.

Goldberg is a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, WCW World Heavyweight Champion, WWE Universal Champion and WCW World Tag Team Champion.

Alongside his impressive number of belts, he also had an incredible 173-0 undefeated streak in WCW.

Similarly to him, the Dudley Boyz won a huge number of titles during their career.

Bubba Ray and D-Von were eight-time WWF World Tag Team Champions, one-time WWE Tag Team Champions, eight-time ECW Tag Team Champions and one-time WCW Tag Team Champions.

Ivory's achievements include being a three-time WWF Women's Champion and a former GLOW Champion.

Of course, WWE are going to announce even more names to join those three inductees and fans have recently been demanding to see one person, in particular, enter the Hall of Fame.

Christian, who had two stints in WWE, one between 1999 and 2005, and another between 2009 and 2014, has always been a fan favourite.

He was a huge player during the Attitude Era, winning both the ECW Championship and WWF World Heavyweight Championship twice.

He also won the WWF Hardcore and European Championships, as well as the WWE Intercontinental Championship on his own.

But fans will remember him most for his devastating tag-team partnership with Edge, that saw the pair win seven tag-team championships.

Alongside his numerous titles, Christian was part of so many matches that will go down as some of the greatest of all time, so fans have been left questioning why he's yet to be entered into the Hall of Fame.

With the ceremony almost two months away, there's still time for WWE to announce Christian as an inductee.

And most fans would agree that if they finally do, it will be long overdue.
