George Groves was the deserved winner against Chris Eubank Jr on Saturday night as he outpointed his opponent on all three scorecards.Whereas Eubank used a more aggressive approach throughout the 12 rounds, Groves was clever and picked his moments to strike. He's now through to the World Boxing Super Series final on June 2 - where he will face either Callum Smith or Juergen Braehmer - yet there are concerns about his fitness. In the 12th round in Manchester, Groves appeared to dislocate his shoulder following a jab and had to go straight to hospital afterwards, rather than attend a post-fight press conference. The 29-year-old admitted it was one of his most painful injuries as a boxer but said he's confident of being fit for the final."The shoulder is okay," said Groves. "I hope it was clear it popped out in the 12th round last night. It went a bit skewiff."It is one of the most painful injuries I have had but it is back in now. I had some X-rays last night and will see a specialist either later today or tomorrow."Hopefully, it isn't going be a big problem. It will only be a problem if you damaged a bone from my understanding, but the X-ray last night didn't show any of that."Groves dislocated his shoulder with just under two minutes remaining of the final round, at which point he went into survival mode.A video has now emerged of the precise moment his shoulder popped out and it's safe to say it looks very painful. In the footage below at 0:05, Groves punches Eubank and as he drops his arm, you can see his shoulder pop.

THE MOMENT GROVES DISLOCATES HIS SHOULDER

Nasty. Groves added that he usually recovers from injuries pretty quickly and hopes that will be the case on his occasion, too.

"It is impossible to know at the moment," he continued. "June 2 isn't that far away - it is about 14 or 15 weeks away.

"We'll seek advice from the specialist and see how long until I can get back punching, because if there is other stuff I can get on with, I will.

"It doesn't take me long to get fit and this competition has kept me sharp and focused and functioning properly.

"I broke my jaw in May and was boxing in October. I always heal quickly, I have been a quick healer. I live a clean life."
