NBA fans were taken back in time during the game winner of the All-Star game at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night, as former Cleveland Cavaliers teammates in LeBron James and Kyrie Irving connected with one another late in the fourth to win the game for Team LeBron.Team LeBron came out on top against Team Curry at the Staples Center on Sunday night, as they won the 2018 NBA All-Star game 148-145, a game which everybody is calling as well one of the most competitive and enjoyable All-Star games in years.LeBron James was named as the game's MVP for the third time in his career, as he finished with 29 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists, a steal, and he was 12-of-17 from the field after just over 31 minutes.James was clutch for his team late in the game, as he helped cap off a double-digit comeback in the fourth quarter of the game by connecting with his former Cavaliers teammate and now Boston Celtics star in Irving for the game winner. The duo's chemistry on the court is still very strong despite the fact they've been separated since the summer. As you can see in the video further down in this article, the point guard received a pass along the baseline and then spotted his former teammate cutting into the paint, so he hit him with a sharp pass.James was able to receive the pass and finished the play with his left hand to give his squad the lead in the game with just 34.5 seconds to play, a lead which they wouldn't lose. Russell Westbrook then scored a layup with 10.7 seconds remaining on the clock to put Team LeBron up by three, but it was LeBron's combined basket with Kyrie that was the game winner in the All-Star game.

Steph Curry tried to win the game for his team, but he was closed down by some impressive defense from James and his Golden State Warriors' teammate Kevin Durant who stopped him from even getting a shot off. Curry didn't have a great night, as he finished with only 11 points, six rebounds, five assists, a steal, and he was 4-of-14 from the field.

It was great, as well as at the same time strange, to see LeBron and Kyrie connecting on the court once more on the same team after the events that happened last summer, and hopefully, this is a sign that their relationship isn't as bad as some people believe it is.
