Britain is still buzzing with the latest big domestic showdown that took place in Manchester last week between George Groves and Chris Eubank Jr.Groves took the spoils with a masterful performance that taught Eubank Jr a real boxing lesson.Saint George emerged with the WBA and IBO super-middleweight titles and has also booked his place in the World Boxing Super Series super-middleweight final. However, a dislocated shoulder may prevent Groves from taking his place in that final, but the 29-year-old remains optimistic about his chances. After the bout, Prince Naseem Hamed was doing punditry for ITV Box Office and caused quite a stir on Twitter with his rants about how Eubank Jr was "not on this level" and went on to incredibly claim that the 28-year-old should retire.Former cruiserweight world champion Tony Bellew was covering the fight for BBC 5 Live on the night, so he had an up close and personal view of the fight from ringside.Bellew, who has his rematch with David Haye on May 5, did a Twitter Q&A on Wednesday morning and was asked what he felt about Hamed's comments on Eubank Jr.As you can see from the tweet below, Bellew didn't agree and still believes Chris Eubank Sr needs to shoulder some of the blame for his son coming up short.

Speaking directly after the fight, Bellew made his feelings about Eubank Sr perfectly clear.

"Listen, he needs a coach," Bellew said. "Ronnie Davies is a fantastic coach, he should be having more input. Because his father is useless for him. His father has been useless for him tonight - what's he done?

"Listen, I'm just a Chris Eubank Sr fan when he was a fighter. Always a fan. Don't get me wrong, Nigel Benn was my favourite, but I still admire the father as a fighter - brilliant fighter.

"He's done his son a disservice tonight. All you've done is be a distraction. He needs a boxing coach, boxers don't always make great coaches. They [coaches] see different things."

There's no doubt that if Eubank Jr wants to go to the next level and handle himself in big, world title fights, he needs to put a team around himself that can best prepare him to do so.

The days of training himself need to go.
