Reading player of the year Gylfi Sigurdsson has insisted that he is in no rush to leave the club.

The 20-year-old scored his 20th goal of the season in the 4-1 rout of Preston on Sunday and is expected to be a wanted man this summer after a stunning first full season.

But the Icelandic midfielder said: "I've got two more years on my contract and I'm not really fussed about the things which are going on."

Sigurdsson added: "I'm happy here and playing every week so I think it would be a good idea to stay here for another two seasons. I'll just turn my phone off and enjoy the summer now.

"If we start next season properly then I think we will have a great chance to get into the Premier League. I think it will be a good season next year."
