Manager Chris Sutton will choose from an unchanged squad when Lincoln host Macclesfield.

Sutton had hoped Nathan Baker would shake off a knock and return to the reckoning but the on-loan Aston Villa defender will remain on the sidelines.

Paul Connor had his contract at Sincil Bank cancelled by mutual consent this week but the injury-plagued striker had not featured in the last two squads.

Youngsters David Stephens, Andrew Hutchinson and James Reid are likely to be involved once again while Shane Clarke, Lenell John-Lewis and Richard Butcher are available for recalls should Sutton wish to make changes to his starting line-up.

Adam Watts, Moses Swaibu, Ian Pearce, Paul Green and Chris Herd remain out with injuries.

Macclesfield boss Gary Simpson will assess the fitness of Vinny Mukendi.

The striker limped out of last weekend's home defeat by Darlington with a sprained ankle but is hoping to be given the green light to play.

Paul Bolland, Carl Tremarco and Junior Daniel all featured last weekend after injury and showed no ill effects.

Striker Ben Wright is not fully fit but is keen to play some part against his former club with Simpson is set to make a late decision on his fitness.

Midfield duo Ross Draper and Hamza Bencherif and forward Ricky Sappleton remain long-term absentees and defender Paul Morgan is also set to miss out with an ankle problem.
